The ITS Help Desk is here to support our students, faculty and staff with any technical issues related to online services and campus hardware. This includes assistance with logging into the MySJNY portal, SJNY email, using our campus computers and printers, connecting to the Wi-Fi network, and more. Mon.-Thur.: 8am-9:45pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Brooklyn Help Desk is located in McEntegart room 302

Long Island Help Desk is located in O'Connor Hall room 7 (behind security and the main receptionist)
*Help desk hours may change during holidays, intersession, and the summer semester, depending on on-campus classes. If you reach out during off hours, we will address your ticket when we resume regular business hours.
