As part of the University's commitment to sustainability and minimizing paper waste, SJNY uses a cloud printing service called FollowMePrint. This service is integrated with your SJNY ID to simplify your printing experience. You can send documents to a secure cloud print queue from any campus computer or your personal device via the web. To print, tap your SJNY ID at any Print Release Station on campus and select the documents you wish to print.
Each student receives $40 of free print credits at the start of the Fall and Spring semester. Unused credits roll over within an academic year. These print credits can be used at any campus computer lab, library computer or when you print from a release station. Print balance is displayed after each use on campus computers. Students should monitor their print credit balances on a regular basis. Students can view their account balances, check print activity, and upload print jobs to their FollowMePrint queue by logging into print.sjny.edu. If additional funds are needed, please visit the ITS Help Desk or Library Circulation desk. Any unused free print credits at the end of the summer semester will be removed from student accounts. Everybody will begin the Fall semester with a $40 balance.
