St. Joseph's University offers a range of technology resources to help our community stay connected. To access these resources, you'll need to use your assigned SJNY username and password. Your SJNY username is the portion of your university email address that appears before the @ symbol. These credentials will give you access to a variety of resources.
ITS will never ask for your password or other sensitive information via email or any other electronic communication. If you receive an email claiming to be from SJNY or ITS requesting your user information or password, do not respond. It is most likely a "phishing" attempt.
All users must enroll in the SJNY Password Enrollment Service in order to reset a forgotten password or unlock your SJNY account.
Click here to enroll in the password reset service
The initial login screen will appear (see image below). To enroll, you’ll need your current SJNY username and password. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select and remember answers to three security questions.
The MySJNY portal provides easy access to a variety of resources designed for the St. Joseph’s community:
Access your SJNY Google Apps account.
Manage your schedule, grades, registration, financial aid and bill payments through Self-Service.
Engage with class material through Canvas.
Stay current with the latest university announcements and news.
Students, faculty, and staff can access University computers on campus using their SJNY username and password. Your SJNY account is for your individual use only and will remain the same throughout your time at the University. For security purposes, always keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with others.
