Teambuilding marks first step towards LAYAG revitalization

The recently pronounced school publication – LAYAG gathered and involved all staffers in a colleague to colleague relation enhancement activity on the 8th of February at Ocean Bloom Resort, Buenavista ADN in preparation for the realization of action items set to happen on the coming days. 

 As the Editor-in-Chief, D/C Herobill Jardio left his opening remarks on the steps on revitalizing LAYAG, the morning highlight – teambuilding games set the tone of the gathering.

Not a mere entertainment, each game was followed by a debriefing of what skill the team unconsciously displayed base on the preset teambuilding objectives e.g. communication skills, effective utilization of members, leadership and human relation development.

In the afternoon, serious matters were presented to the table mainly about Key Performance Indicators, a new set of guiding rules and regulations and publication plans. 

“With these brand-new set of policies, we can click backspace to our dead reckoned goals and adjust it by a greater distance,” said D/C Jardio. 

Also, the two LAYAG advisers, Manuel Hassan Borinaga and Ray Marticion shared their thoughts on the push towards the newsletter actualization as a complement to the online publication and as well expressed their appreciation of the concluded teambuilding activity.
