Staying physically active at home is important to promote healthy growth patterns, keep all systems of the body functioning optimally and help maintain a strong immune system. While your child is home, please make time to get moving for 30-60 minutes per day, 3-5 days a week or more. Please make sure to keep your child hydrated throughout the day. Eating fruits and vegetables can help strengthen your child’s immune system.

Please remember to modify to approximate form for movements that meet your child’s needs. The videos may need to be paused frequently throughout the video to give your child more time to practice the physical movements and activities in these videos. These videos can be done as a family which will encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
