PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit
We ask for a 50% deposit to be paid by bank transfer.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 20 days before the date of the retreat.
When the payment request is made less than 30 days before the start of the event, the two payments (50% + 50%) are replaced by a single payment of 100% of the total amount.
Your deposit guarantees your place.
The reservation is only considered final once we have received full payment for the Retreat.
In the event of non-payment of the deposit, the retreat organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.
If the Participant Cancels
If you have to cancel, you must inform us as soon as possible and in writing (e-mail).
If you cancel before the final payment has been made, you will only lose your non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel within one month of the start of the retreat, we will retain 100% of the cost of the retreat. However, if someone else is found to take your place, we may offer a partial or full refund.
Due to the non-refundable payments we must make in advance to secure the retreat center, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health problems, medical or personal, family or work emergencies, concern or change of heart.
If the participant arrives late or needs to leave the retreat early, they will not receive a refund.
If the Organization Cancels
If we cancel a retreat for business reasons, such as insufficient numbers of applicants, or your registration is denied, you will be notified immediately and your full amount (including deposit) will be refunded.
If the Retreat is postponed due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to war, pandemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters), the regular refund policy applies.
The participant is responsible for their travel and health insurance.
We also recommend trip cancellation insurance. Please check all your insurance details before booking/placing a deposit.
Our Commitment to You
We take responsibility for ensuring that retreats are provided as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are of a reasonable standard. We accept no responsibility for cancellations, delays or alterations caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, natural disasters, technical transport problems, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for any injuries you may suffer. Yoga classes and other parallel activities are carried out at your own risk. We are not responsible for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may arise during or after the retreat. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal property.
Travel insurance
It is compulsory that your travel insurance covers the activity of your retreat with us, as well as unexpected cancellations, illness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring your policy with you in case of an emergency.
Your Health
It is your responsibility to inform our teachers if you have any injuries and to be aware of your own body's capacity during the retreat. If the participant feels any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, they should stop participating immediately.
Please inform us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before booking. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats, we reserve the right, for your own well-being, to advise you to stop participating.
We ask that women between 12 and 28 weeks pregnant provide a letter from their doctor specifying that they are fit to travel and participate in the activities we offer.
Changes to the Program
Occasionally, changes may be necessary (e.g. teacher, itinerary or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to make at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our best to provide similarly rated accommodation. If a significant change is required, we will inform you as soon as possible, if there is time before your departure.
