My initial quest was to find a natural method to balance emotions and find physical and mental well-being.
From 2003, things started to get deeper and more serious, with the Yoga Course for Teachers, with a transforming and unique experience, opening the doors to start sharing Yoga with the community.

Eco-Yoga: Yogic principles for sustainable living
Ahimsa: Non violence
Nonviolence is a fundamental concept in yoga. It reminds us to embrace all beings, including ourselves, with kindness and respect. Similarly, living sustainably teaches us to avoid causing negative impacts on nature, animals, and our fellow humans. Yoga frequently takes us outside, where we can practice in the splendor of nature. Being linked to the natural world increases our respect for its beauty and emphasizes the importance of preserving it. Healthy living invites us to enjoy moments with nature, which builds an awareness of connection and belonging to the Earth. By cultivating this relationship, we become more committed to the surrounding maintenance and adopting sustainable habits that benefit all living beings.
Law of Karma: Cause and Effect
Yoga is based on the principles of giving and receiving as well as dynamic return in the natural world. Since we are responsible for what is created around us, we must be careful about what we give and receive from the universe. This will help us live a sustainable life by keeping our surroundings clean and organized, which will also benefit our mental clarity and general health.
Energy management
Yoga and sustainable living also link on the topic of energy conservation. Yoga focuses on the natural flow of energy in our bodies, stimulating balance and stamina. Similarly, sustainable living focuses on energy saving and making good use of natural resources. By incorporating energy-saving practices into our homes, businesses, and everyday activities, we save energy, lessen carbon footprints, and play an active role to a cleaner, healthier world. The connection of personal well-being and environmental sustainability is critical for a sustainable future.
Simple living, high thinking
The yoga ideology encourages us to embrace detachment and contentment while overcoming materialistic consumption. Sustainable living supports this idea by promoting simplicity, awareness of buying habits, and minimizing waste. Decluttering everyday live decreases our environmental impact and promotes responsible use of resources. Yoga encourages us to embrace the present moment, emphasizing the value of experiences over worldly belongings.
