Extension and refurbishment, West Oxford.

This project for a small developer involved a major top to bottom refurbishment of this Victorian mid-terraced cottage, together with a rear extension and loft conversion including rear dormer window and juliette rail. Whilst the rear elevation isn't the prettiest you will see, it does provide a charming living space and increased the value of the property considerably.The rear extenion provided a relatively huge kitchen and dining area, opening onto the rear garden, and with an area of sloping glazed roof to let the natural light flood through the rear of the property. It created far more 'wow' factor than the pictures convey and wasn't on the open market for more than a few days. We provided planning and building regulations, structural engineering through an associate company, and Party Wall Surveying services for both neighbours.
