The need for any equipment not listed in the inventory for the space you are working in needs to be arranged with the Lighting Supervisor. Once approval has been given to move equipment from one theatre to another you need to follow the standard equipment sign out procedure. Please keep in mind that the shared equipment is in high demand and its use is usually arranged during the budgeting process of a production. As for the CXI color scrollers, SeaChangers and Lusters our policy is that any overlapping Repertory and Student production has the use of equal number of units. Given our stock of scrollers the Rep show would be given eleven and the Student show would have the use of twelve. However the exact breakdown of this equipment can be altered with the agreement from the designer of each show. The Shakespeare Repertory Productions (SRP) only get to use color changers if they are available.
