2022 - JOIN Collective Clothes Project

This relates to The Fashion Journal's sharing of Anouk Beckers wonderful JOIN concept  www.fashionstudiesjournal.org/partnership-content-d/2022/4/10/join-collective-clothes 

I undertook it with my Yr.10 class. 

It was a new experience for them, but they got stuck in. 

Working in groups of 3, they put together some cool creations, while learning the way sleeves are attached, and how trousers are created. 

I thought it was a great experience for them!

The only disappointment was my emailing  Anouk, sending images and telling her all about our work, but she never replied. Sad.

This is a very cool site which delivers a similar concept.
