The easyRights project's aim was to combine co-creation and AI technology to make it easier for immigrants to understand and access the services they are entitled to.
Bringing together immigrants, the public sector, and private organisations, easyRights developed solutions that provide personalised, context-aware information to its users, taking into account their background, demographics, and language skills included.
The tools support immigrants in their search for responses to different needs in a manner that saves time for both migrants and for social service staff and facilitates cutting costs for the public administration.
The easyRights solutions have been tested in four pilot locations (Birmingham, UK; Larissa, EL; Palermo, IT; and Malaga, ES).

L'obiettivo del progetto Easyrights era combinare la co-creazione e la tecnologia AI per rendere più facile per gli immigrati comprendere e accedere ai servizi a cui hanno diritto.
Riunendo immigrati, settore pubblico e organizzazioni private, Easyrights ha sviluppato soluzioni che forniscono informazioni personalizzate e consapevoli del contesto ai suoi utenti, tenendo conto del loro background, aspetti demografici e competenze linguistiche incluse.
Gli strumenti supportano gli immigrati nella loro ricerca di risposte a diverse esigenze in un modo che risparmia tempo sia per i migranti che per il personale del servizio sociale e facilita il taglio dei costi per la pubblica amministrazione.
Le soluzioni Easyrights sono state testate in quattro sedi pilota (Birmingham, UK; Larissa, EL; Palermo, IT; e Malaga, ES).
