Condo Living
Condominium living is different from detached single family homes. We live physically closer together, cross paths more regularly, share common areas, and are connected in financial ownership of our condos.
By working as a united community with the common goal of making WTYC a truly friendly and inviting place to live, we can take the successes of our individual lives, share with others, develop friendships, and enjoy the camaraderie of neighbors connecting in new ways.
There are very few non-rental condos in Destin. Using the many talents, experiences, and interests of our owners, we can create a social structure that facilitates the togetherness, connecting, sharing, and compatibility that alludes many communities.
This site will be secure. In the future only those on a voluntary email list will be able to access this site. Owners can supply your email at any time to the webmaster (ronbachman@healthcarevisions.net) for access.

To establish Waterview Towers Yacht Club as the premier condo-homes in Destin, Florida.
Mission:
To create a common bond of friendships through a social network that seeks to improve the life, lifestyle, safety, and security for all WTYC residents.
Strategies:
1. Increase transparency between the WTYC BOD, property management, and owners.
2. Work together with permanent and "significant-time on-site" owners to develop community activities that enhance the WTYC lifestyle.
3. Connect with other absentee owners to protect their property interests and property values with campus improvements and community oversight.
4. Connect owners with WTYC BOD and management to add skills, ideas, volunteers, and work effort in support of campus aesthetics nd maintenance initiatives.
5. Connect to Destin community, charities, and support services to help those fellow citizens in need.
