Guest Parking Pass

The WTYC BOD has reviewed past problems and actions where there are no owner stickers or quest notices on vehicles parked inside our fence. In the past, the Maintenance staff would spent hours discovering if the vehicle was an illegally parked outside tourist, an owner's guest, or a renter. This new policy may be strict but it seems the only way to control our own parking spaces. So...

Owners, please be sure that all guests have parking passes in their front windshield. Without a parking pass the following will occur:

1st Offense - the maintenance staff will put a warning under the vehicles wipers and record the license number.

2nd Offense - the car will be towed.
