Committees
The WTYC BOD is looking for volunteers and participants will to get involved with your time and talents. Everyone can get involved in some of the Committees listed below. Those listed below have agreed to "jump start" the Committee process by taking on a role for the initially organized committees. Please consider joining a Committee or if you have a particular interest or focus, you can request the WYTC BOD to form a new committee. The purpose of all committees is to develop consensus ideas and plans to assist the BOD in making better decisions and to establish of financial priorities.
Social Committee Chairman - Suzette MacKenzie
Organize and promote WTYC friendship activities (e.g. card games, wine tasting, pool parties, book clubs, movie squads, dinner clubs, support groups, friendship pods, fish fries, art festivals, travel clubs, etc.)
Communications Committee Chairman - Ron Bachman
Create open transparent access to BOD and HOA management information, options, decisions, and actions. Communications can include this website, emails, social media, surveys (e.g. snapmonkey), newsletters, and other avenues of communication to members.
Structural Integrity Committee Chairman- Rick Ragghianti
Structural Integrity Committee Chairman- Rick Ragghianti
The Structural Integrity Committee (SIC), with guidance from a qualified engineer, will oversee all structural issues related to the exterior shell or “envelope” of the buildings.
The purview of the SIC is to oversee the replacement or work on any exterior windows, doors, water intrusions, building water-proofing, balcony concerns, and/or EFIS repairs.
