Orders can be submitted by email, fax, telephone or post
Institutional Orders
We are happy to supply institutions with itemised invoices on receipt of an order number or order reference. Orders can be accepted by e-mail, fax, telephone or in writing.
Credit terms are available to educational and other institutions and to registered companies. They are 30 days from invoice date for UK accounts, and 60 days for other countries.
Payment with Orders
Payment can be made by BACs, Cheque or Paypal.

REGION 0, 9, or REGION ALL — Discs are uncoded and can be played worldwide
So if you are ordering dvds from another region please check that your playback device can play region 2 dvds.
Some dvd players are now multi region and can play all dvds. Conversely many players can be changed to play all regions by entering a code on the remote control.
Also Region 2 dvds can be played on a computer DVD drive by changing the dvd drive setting to region 2.

Prices on our website are shown in British pounds.
All prices are correct as of date of listing, but are subject to change as publishers may change their prices without notice. However we will always inform you before shipping if the price has increased.
We are happy to accept payment in British Pounds and Euros.
Taxes/VAT
The prices listed on this site already have the Value Added Tax (20% VAT) included in the listed price. (The current VAT rate in the UK is 20% on dvds). There is no VAT payable on books, as they have a zero VAT rating.
EU customers outside of the UK can avoid paying this 20% UK VAT rate on production of a valid EU VAT number
