It is obtained from grapes harvested by hand in late October from vines planted in rows (Gouyot). The must is fermented at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins. And 'it aged in 225-liter oak barrels for six months. E 'is known for its ruby red color with orange reflections after aging. The scent is delicate and fruity, vaguely reminiscent of violets and berries. The taste is dry, fruity, fresh and harmonious, it softens with age.
