The HOA volunteers serving on the Board of Directors and the ACC (architectural control committee) are shown below. This page provides these volunteers convenient access to restricted information such as ownership details so these specific volunteers can better perform their duties.
The HOA Covenants require 5 board members. They are responsible for ensuring the HOA is managed as required per the HOA governing documents.
The HOA requires one standing committee that is primarily responsible for ensuring the HOA restrictions and design guidelines are followed.
Property owners are responsible for submitting plans to the ACC for all construction or remodeling/maintenance projects that could impact a properties aesthetics; submittals must be made prior to construction.
The ACC reviews all submittals based on the Covenants and Restrictions, and the Design Guidelines. Whereas the Design Guidelines can change by majority approval of the ACC, the Covenants and Restrictions require 2/3 of all WCH property owners to approve any change.
If you are not a volunteer serving on the BoD or ACC, please use the Document Center page to access HOA-related governing documents and approved meeting minutes.
The links provided below are intended only for the Board and ACC volunteers.
