The HOA will not provide property Owner information (such as Owner names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers) to anyone except to support specific HOA-related needs as determined by the Board of Directors.

Supporting Documents - copies of the official documents registered with Summit County. The "Supporting Documents" generally are not word-searchable because they are photocopies of what is registered with the County. Therefore, we recommend using the documents accessed via the above table. These documents were created by converting the "official version" (photocopy) into a new format (MS Word and PDF). In addition, when an officially registered document was amended by another registered document, the amendment was incorporated into the converted document(s); this allows convenient access and avoids searching multiple registered documents. Regardless, the "Supporting Documents" are the legally binding documents as registered with the County.
