The notes below are from the Winter Gatherings. While not as formal as the annual meetings, these gatherings provide an opportunity for the HOA Board to discuss HOA-related items and allow property owners to provide input.

ACC Meeting minutes:
Nearly all ACC discussions are handled via email between the ACC members when something comes before the committee. As a result, formal meetings are rarely held and meeting minutes are not generated. This approach allows for remote ACC member participation and allows for faster turn-around times of ACC reviews and decisions. ACC discussions are memorialized through emails sent to the ACC email login, and occasionally a set of meeting minutes are generate to record something the committee feels important and could affect future ACC actions. The FAQs web page documents many ACC decisions. The ACC does their best to use the Covenants/Restrictions and Design Guidelines as the basis for all their decisions.
