1) Convince automobile owners that they need more and more horsepower in their engines so that more and more oil will be consumed. This will create a demand on oil and create wars over it.

2) The increased consumption of oil and the gasoline from it will increase pollution and further shorten the life of humans.

3) Use more and more electricity to cause more pollution from coal and ultimately nuclear power.
