Brentwood

Number of Tables: Approx. 150

Address: The Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 9NN  

Location: The venue is 1.5 miles from the town centre.  From the M25 leave at J28 and head for Brentwood on the A1023 (look for the brown sign).  Take the Ongar Road then turn right into Doddinghurst Road.  From the A12 Chelmsford direction, leave at the first Brentwood sign.

Public Opening: 10 am - 2 pm 

Admission: Adults (16+) £4         Seniors (65+) £3.50 Accompanied children free (Age 15 and younger)

Entry for Stall Holders: 6.45 am 

Table Fees: £35 per 6ft table Backing Tables £8 per table       (2025 £40 per 6ft table - Backing Tables £10 per 6ft table)

(For every 6ft table hired, one personal 6ft table can be used free of charge as a backing table)

All tables need to be paid for on arrival at the venue.

East Midlands (Newark) 

Number of Tables: Approx. 200   

Address: The Lady Eastwood Centre, The Showground, Newark, Notts, NG24 2NY.      

Location: The venue is just off the A1, on the A46 towards Lincoln.

Public Opening: 10 am - 2 pm 

Admission: (16+)  £5  per person (15 and under Free)

Entry for Stall Holders: 6.30 am 

Table Fees: £45 per 6ft table Backing tables £10 per 6ft table

(For every 6ft table hired, one personal 6ft table can be used free of charge as a backing table)

All tables need to be paid for on arrival at the venue.

Lincolnshire

Number of Tables: Approx. 150 

Address: The Exhibition Centre, Lincolnshire Showground, Lincoln, LN2 2NA

Location: This is on the A15 Lincoln to Scunthorpe Road, 4 miles from Lincoln City Centre. 

Public Opening: 10 am - 2 pm

Admission: Adults (16+) £3.50 Seniors (65+) £3.00 Accompanied children free (Age 15 and younger)

Spalding

Number of Tables: Approx. 150 

Address: Springfields Events & Conference Centre, Camelgate, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12, 6ET.

Location: It is clearly signposted from the A16, one mile east of Spalding.   

Public Opening: 10 am - 2 pm

Admission: Adults (16+) £3.50 Seniors (65+) £3.00     Accompanied children free (Age 15 and younger)      

Entry for Stall Holders: 7.15 am

Only Registered Aid Dogs allowed in the buildings - proof of registration may be required if not visible.
