What are the effects of a hurricane or drought on Boston?

• Flooding - Transportation systems such as the Train and Subway will be effected because of the drainage system in the tunnels - Boston needs to improve this by adding better drainage systems
• Large Demand for homeless shelters and food banks will lead to needing more food, water, and shelters for the city
• Power Outages - will effect food supply: Boston needs to help provide back up generators in important buildings such as hospitals, fire stations, grocery stores, etc.
