How to Support Students
If students know they can go to college, they have a goal to work towards; Being college-bound helps keep students in school and out of trouble. While some students may not feel as though they have a lot of options, having a college education is something a person can be proud of and can see as an example of self-determination.
Studies have show that people who go to college are also more likely to have longer lives, have better health and more likely to give back to their communities.
