Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE)

Many schools in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming have an agreement to allow campus exchanges between students from member states at a lower rate. This means that students generally only have to pay 150% of instate tuition, as opposed to out-of-state tuition, which is usually two or three times as much. WICHE has exchange programs for undergraduates, graduate students, and professional students. You can read more about their programs on their website - http://www.wiche.edu/studentExchange
