Fitness classes have evolved over the years with new ways to help you stay motivated and complete your workouts, including through virtual classes done in the comfort of your home.
Introducing "The Walk 15 Virtual Experience" - walk miles for your health right in front of the device of your choice!
Walk 15 fitness classes offer a low impact cardio workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The walking-based moves are easy to learn and set to music engineered to measure distance through the beat - no step counter required - simply move with the beat of the music and you'll have approximately 1 mile completed every 15 minutes - it's our proprietary 'Steps to Miles' system developed by the program creator and fitness expert Leslie Sansone of Walk at Home fame.
We add resistance bands or light hand weights for a higher calorie burn and to get your muscles toned - toned muscle is beautiful and keeps your metabolic rate up! You'll be lead by a Master Walk 15 Instructor who will coach you along the way for your comfort and safety. Come WALK with us!
VIRTUAL Class Schedule (LIVE via ZOOM):
