CLASS SCHEDULE (updated May 30): Mondays 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. starting July 13, 2026 and ending August 31, 2026 inclusive. 

Exceptions:  Monday July 13 and Monday August 24 - Start Time: 8:30 a.m. - mark your calendar accordingly!

Ways to Save**:

Referral Program - It pays to refer people! As a paid member, you can save $5 on your next class series by referring NEW members*. When you tell someone about the class and that person signs up for a full series, you will receive a one-time discount on your next series. The discount applies to future sessions only, and 1 referral discount per series - i.e., if you refer 2 people and both register, you save $5 on your next TWO series, provided you sign up consecutively and do not miss a series. No cash or rebate value, and the Referral Program does not apply to Drop-Ins. Past referrals are exempt. To qualify, you must introduce the new member to me at class so he or she can confirm the referral.  The Referral Program may not be combined with any other discount offering unless otherwise stated. 

NOTE: Classes are running weekly for FREE until Monday, June 29, 2026 - this is a great opportunity to invite people to try the class!  (There is no class on Monday, July 6)

*NEW MEMBERS are defined as people who have never attended a Walk 15 class at Tuxedo Park Community Association in the past.

Drop In Bundles - Save on drop ins by purchasing class bundles. Pay for 2 or more classes in advance and pay only $13 per class. These passes are non-transferrable and are valid only during the series for which they were purchased. They expire at the end of the series.  Contact Nancy at walkstrongcalgary@gmail.com.
