The Big Day of the Week

Saturday is the big day for all of us and you. All students come to the center on Saturdays.

Teaching English on Saturdays

There are 9 groups of students and two sections. Primary and secondary. You can easily manage classes of secondary sections since students can understand what you say. You need to have some activity cards and tools to teach primary section Basic English.

There are five homeschooling on week days. ( two hours per day )

you can get two days off. If you hope to stay one month or more than one month, you can get than two days off per week to travel and enjoy beauty of Sri Lanka.

Staff Class - tree days per week

9.30 - 12.30 any three days from Wednesday to Friday

You need to do Spoken English activities with staff members

( schedule can be changed a little bit )

On School Vacation

In Sri Lanka, there are 3 month of school vacations:

1- April

2- August

3- December

If you come during these vacations, you will be able to spend much time with students and participate several trips which are conducted by us. We expect a few more volunteers during these vacations than other days. We arrange a few more extra classes during this period.
