Food

You will be receiving very basic traditional Sri Lankan food at the village. ( Little bit spicy ) Most of the villagers are not vegetarian or vegan, but they eat little meat. They commonly eat eggs, sprats, dry fish and fish. Most of the mothers of the village are fairly educated and keep their homes and kitchens very clean.

Hoppers

Normally villagers don’t cook hoppers at their homes, but you can get hot hoppers from every small cafeteria after 6 pm in the city.

Egg hoppers are around Rs 30/-, Without egg around Rs 15/-

Bread and butter can usually be found.
