Abstract :

Due to the increasing importance of public safety, camera surveillance systems are increasingly used for the protection of stations, shopping malls, hang around spots, etcetera. In traditional camera surveillance systems a human observer in a control room looks to a wall of monitors, in order to trace seldomly occurring events.
