The House
Villa La Fiaca is located on Playa Bandera, also known as Playa Palma, just west of the town of Parrita, between Jaco and Quepos, in the state of Puntarenas on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
There are two houses on this oceanfront property: the main house and a caretaker's house, a two car garage, plus other outbuildings. There are approximately two acres of private grounds consisting of over 100 palm trees and gardens at the front, fruit trees and more gardens at the back, and about 100 meters of front footage on the beach. Our caretaker lives on the property and is able to assist you as needed.

La Fiaca comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but is equally perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It has three bedrooms and three baths on two floors. There is a four-poster king in the master suite, another in the main floor ocean bedroom, two doubles in the main floor mountain bedroom, plus a comfortable pull out sofa in the living room.
The upper floor consists entirely of a master suite which has a its own private screened veranda, a bedroom, master bathroom and dressing room area.
The property includes a completely private pool with gorgeous chaise lounges for relaxing, as well a rancho, a covered bar and barbeque area for entertaining.
Outdoor dining is available on the pool terrace.
The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical plantings and overhanging palm trees, creating your own private paradise. .
Poolside chaise lounges provide the perfect spot for lounging.
The house offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with ample space to relax and enjoy yourselves.
You can cook for yourselves, or we can provide your own private chef for as few or as many meals as you prefer.
The kitchen & laundry areas feature stainless steel appliances, including a side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, washer and dryer, gas range with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
A custom made solid teak dining room table and chairs seat ten.
The living room provides ample space for everybody to relax and enjoy themselves and features original artwork.
The three bathrooms are generous in size, and feature large walk -in showers, lots of tile and custom teak cabinetry.
The poolside bathroom includes an open air double shower, with bougainvillea cascading overhead.
Just steps outside the door lies a breathtaking, nearly deserted beach, where you can enjoy sunrise walks, watch the sunset, or try your hand at a myriad of other beach activities.
