Ruolan Sun is a PhD candidate in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her BS in Electrical Engineering at Fudan University (China) with the honor degree from Elite Engineer Program.
Ruolan is passionate about translational neural engineering. She hopes to bring in-lab findings to medical devices to improve treatments. In the lab, she is mainly working on optimization of MVI stimulation paradigms and analysis of nerve responses related to eeVOR. She is also involved in the human clinical trial.
