Class Times and Location

Black belt Instructed Classes:

Mondays, 4:00pm - 5:30pm - Studio 2 Western Student Recreation Centre (WSRC) - studio 2

Thursday, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Studio 2 Western Student Recreation Centre (WSRC) - studio 2

As there is a club immediately following Thursday's practice, please arrive as close to 6:00pm as possible so that we may make full use of our time slot.

Please note that the centre requires that footwear be worn outside the change rooms and studios (including when walking from the former to the latter). The centre also prohibits individual bags in all studios; please carry any additional equipment separately.
