Friday, May 1

• Arrival /Check in at Marriott Hotel starting at 3 PM.  Mingle in the Duval Ballroom will be open from 3pm—10pm. We will have nametags for you.

• 6:00 pm – Dinner in Florida Ballroom Salons ABC (second floor), we will have a CASH BAR available, ATM available in the hotel w/ charge, I’m sure.

Saturday, May 2

• Duval Ballroom will be available between 7 am -- 10pm

• Breakfast on your own

• 10:00 AM - Tour of USS Orleck DD886

• 11:00 PM – 1:15 PM – Buffet lunch on the USS Orleck pier.  Reentry to the Orleck is allowed after lunch if you wish.

• 3:00 - 4:00 – Duval Ballroom presentation by Todd Creekman regarding the USS Hoel entitled "Tell Me the 'Hoel' Story: What Remains Today?"

• USS Hoel trivia

• Mingle in the Duval Ballroom hospitality room.

• Dinner on your own

Sunday, May 3

• Duval Ballroom available 7 am – 10pm

• Breakfast on your own

• Lunch on your own

• Bring cash for the Sunday events, there is an ATM available to get cash, but I’m sure there will be a charge.

• 1:00 – Meet back in the Duval Ballroom for 50/50 drawing (tickets $1.00 CASH each). Money raised will be used to help offset expenses for next reunion.

• Also, we will have the white elephant gift drawing (tickets $1.00 CASH each).  The winner of each drawing will get to choose one gift on the table.  Feel free to exchange gifts with previous winners if they are willing! 

• Sea story time.  Stories about your experiences aboard the USS Hoel as well as stories from the spouses. We will video stories to post on our Hoel web page for others to see that could not make it this time around.

• Dinner on your own.
