Customers are at the heart of USABCO and our success. We strive to deliver exceptional quality service and to this end we have built our QMS around the requirements of the ISO Clauses appropriate to Customer requirements, as follows:
Clause 5.1.2 - Our Top management shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus by ensuring that:
customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met
the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed
the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
Clause 8.2.1 - Customer communication
Our communication with our customers shall include:
providing information relating to products and services through all available means;
handling enquiries, contracts or orders, including changes;
obtaining customer feedback relating to products and services, including customer complaints (these will be handled through our Apliso complaint Management System) - refer to 4.3 Control of Non-Conformance's
handling or controlling customer property;
establishing specific requirements for contingency actions, when relevant.
