Here's the plan:
Friday
6:00 AM. Scott arrives at Dennis' house packed and ready for adventure. Depart.
8:00 AM. Arrive in Guerneville to pick up canoe
10:00 AM. Arrive in the Anderson Valley.
Visit a couple wineries.
Grab lunch in Boonville
2:00 PM. Launch canoe at Ray's Road or near Apple Farm.
Begin the 17 mile canoe journey! Or add 12 miles to it by putting in at Mountain View Rd.
Camp riverside
Saturday Continue canoeing and camp riverside
Sunday
AM: Finish canoe and take out at Dimmick Memorial Grove State Park
Hitch back to car.
Drive back to get canoe.
Visit Esterlina Winery.
Drive back. (Don't need to go back to Russian River since we'll be keeping canoe in Oakland.)
