Fruits of Patience

The long wait in nature...

The seeds produced by trees in a forest have to wait for the annual rains to sprout.

In cold countries, the seeds from the trees and the eggs of the insects remain buried in snow ---only when the snow melts do the seeds sprouts and the egg form into larvae.

In the desert countries, the seeds remain unchanged for years---till the rains come and that is when they sprout.

A ripe coconut falls to the ground when ripe and is washed away by the tides into the sea. It keeps floating, till it reaches land and is able to sprout.

This highlights the ubiquity of patience in nature.

Words of wisdom given to us by generations by our Ancestors.
