One of the best moments of the Louisiana Marathon was to meet Mr. Hector Picard. A double arm amputee but his face glows with radiations of happiness and confidence. I got an opportunity to talk to him at length. He completed the Marathon. He regularly competes iron man races which consist of biking, running, and swimming.
