Sorting files in descending order by date modified

Having Windows automatically sort files in descending order by data modified is extremely helpful when using UCINET. The program produces a number of outputs and rather than remember them it is easier to just look at the most recently created files.

• • In Windows Explorer (or click Start|Computer), open a folder, sort the files in descending order by date, then click on Organize and then Folder and Search Options

  • Now click on the View tab and click Apply to Folders
