Running Pajek from within UCINET

Before you can execute Pajek from UCINET, you need to tell UCINET where to find the pajek.exe file. In the UCINET main menu, go to Options|Helper Applications, which brings up this window:

Where it says "Pajek Program", use the browse button to locate the pajek.exe file, then press OK. Of course, this assumes you have previously downloaded the Pajek program ...

Once that’s done, you can go to Data|Export|Pajek to send data to Pajek. For example, if you choose Data|Export|Pajek|Network you would get this form:

Once you fill out the form and press Ok, Pajek will start up and load your data.
