On November 9th, Enterprise Holdings invites Beta Alpha Psi members and candidates to visit the company.
During the company tour, all students are given a brief introduction about the company by different managers from various departments at first. Managers talk about their departments and their career paths, including accounting section and global franchising accounting. After that, a panel discussion is presented. By the panel discussion, students get a chance to know about Enterprise Holdings' monthly and annually one-on-one feedback processes and promotion processes. Since Enterprise Holdings is also a big global company, employees have many great chances to work in different states and even countries. Enterprise Holdings emphasizes the sense of family as well. Then, students are led walking around the company. There are many open rooms where employees could do discussions and brainstorming, and write down their ideas on walls. The very last parts, BAP members and candidates get an opportunity to networking with the employees and managers of Enterprise Holdings.
