4.10-Professional Meeting with ONEOK

Thank all members, candidates, and professionals for attending this semester’s last professional meeting! At first, big congrats to our new BAP officers for the next academic year!

The professional meeting was held by ONEOK this time. Thank our today’s guest speaker, Andrew Ziola for giving a speech on the topic of Investor Relations! Through a relational graph “investor community--investor relations--management”, the tasks “disclosure of any material nonpublic information”, and a perspective of sell-side, what are investor relations was clearly revealed. Some good lessons learned which could apply to accounting as well—be responsive, be knowledgeable about business, attaching importance to business writing!

Finally, thank all officers and our advisor faculty—Dr. Miranda for putting so much effort into BAP for this academic year! See all people next semester in August!
