Pet Approval
With prior permission of the Owner and the Board, many dogs and cats are allowed. Dogs heavier than 23kg/50lbs full grown weight will not be approved (existing approved dogs will be grandfathered as of June 2019). Most other pets are not allowed and this includes any form of snakes, spiders, insects and all venomous creatures. Our Bylaws have more details.

Permission may be granted once the occupant (owner/tenant/long term visitor) also completes and signs the Pet Agreement Acknowledgement form and submits it to Peka for Board approval.
Dog DNA cheek swabs will be taken for all dog approvals effective 18 Aug 2018. Refusal to submit the DNA sample will result in approval for that pet being denied. Keeping a pet without approval will result in fines to the unit owner.
