Bylaws, Registration, Penalty (Fines) Guidelines
The Owners approved in 2016 a new set of Bylaws. They were registered with the Land Titles Office (5 Nov 2016). Also included is the Bylaw Penalty Guidelines approved by the Board on September 29, 2022 to be used by the Board in assessing penalties for Bylaw infractions.
