Taxes
Taxes are paid individually by the unit owner.
In 2024 the town decided to punish part time owners by making them pay a higher tax rate in the unfounded assumption that maybe part time owners would sell to some full time resident thus creating more housing within the town. They call it the 'Canmore Livability Tax Program'.

Because they contain private corporation financial information, we are not posting details on this public site.
Budget
A Budget for the following year are prepared by the Board in the fall and mailed to every unit owner in late November/ early December.
The current year and past years are available upon request to Peka Management (for a fee) or possibly from a Board member.
Reserve Fund
We have a detailed Reserve Fund Plan that was prepared in 2021 and is reviewed every 5 years. After lengthy reviews and revisions, the latest version was mailed to all owners in 2022 and is also available from Peka or a Board Member.
