Items to be included:

· Cover Page

· Table of Contents -or- Index

· Tabs and/or page numbers

· Your original proposal (includes estimated plan)

· Actual plan (includes participants, tasks, hours, etc.)

· Variance analysis (compares estimated plan to actual plan)

· Letters of recommendation (optional)

· Handouts, tools used, materials used, flyers, blueprints

· Photographs

· Copies of merit badge cards

· Copies of other awards (Oak Leaf, Golden Acorn, Religious, etc.)

· Final advancement report (from advancement chairperson)

The following will be turned in the night of your board (copy)
