Philmont Information Meeting

Troop 2810 Considering Philmont Scout Ranch 2014

The Lead/Advisors will have a information meeting held January 14th 2013 at 6:45 after opening of the regular meeting.

If your Scout and or you want to be considered for a trip of a lifetime, to Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, NM., then you must make this meeting. In addition, this meeting must have at least one parent attending, if their Scout wants to be considered to go.

1. I will go over estimated cost of the Philmont Adventure.

2. Requirements needed to be considered for going.

3. Hand out & go over Health & Risks Advisory of Philmont Scout Ranch.

4. Go over when NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT has to be in the Lead/Advisors hand to be considered.

5. Hand out commitment form to be filled out and returned by a said date of deposit.

6. Hand out a personal equipment sheet needed to go on the adventure.

7. Go over next date for High Adventure meeting.
