Hat and gloves

Lots of socks

Extra pair of old clothes (that will get dirty!)

Hiking boots or sturdy shoes

Headlamp

First aid kit

Tooth brush tooth paste etc.

Hand sanitizer

Tarp for under sleeping bag and gear

Big water bottle

Carabiner to hold water bottle

plastic garbage bags to hold wet and dirty clothes

Cot or pad

Pillow

Sleeping bag

Back pack

*avoid cotton

Meals and tableware will be provided (no need to bring a mess kit)

Bring a old beach towel for riding in peoples cars on the way home
