RITIS is a platform of situational awareness, data archiving, and analytics. Many transportation officials, first responders, planners, and researchers use this platform. RITIS enables effective decision making for incident response and planning. Not publicly available; but may be available upon request to agencies in certain parts of the country.

The Verizon TDS (Traffic Data Services) can provide insights for emergency evacuation management by monitoring anonymous location data on the Verizon cellular network in real time of the whole network population 24X7 with street level accuracy. This solution enables monitoring the density and distribution of people in the evacuation area before, during and after the evacuation process, monitoring the evacuation process in all modes of transportation while detecting delays and congestion on the evacuation routes and hubs, monitoring people’s destination distribution and length of stay, etc.
