Great Black-backed Gull - Marion Co., January 23, 1993. One third- or fourth-winter bird was discovered in Harrison on 30 December 1992, and it was later relocated at Lake O' The Pines, Marion where it spent 3 January - 27 March 1993, TBRC# 1993-4, TPRF #xxxx. A photograph documenting this record, the first inland record for Texas, was published in AB 47:1007.
