UP for auction is a very rare 1931 Chrysler. it has had the same owner for over 60 years. Produced only in 1931, one of 1484 made. It is a true survivor.
It is equipped with its original L-Head 8 282.1 cubic inch. It produced close to 100 horsepower. It has a four-speed manual transmission with original hydraulic brakes. The car runs great. It has 45,000 original miles. It also has heat/vacuum control grill.
Lots of leg room with wheelbase of 124 inches.
The car is dark green with black accents. With exception of touchup on front left fender, it is original paint. Wheels are the original paint. It has dual mount spares. It has dual cowl vents and functional split windshields. It has a roll down rear window. The rear window shade is intact and still works.
The rumble seat is in good working order and also appears to be original.
Interior is nice with exception of the carpet which is worn. The gauges and lights work. The electrical is fine.

The car needed more than stated in the salesman's wright-up. The fuel tank needed repair and lining. All hydraulic brake cylinders and master cylinder were replaces. Some body repair needed. Water pump needs rebuilt.
